Hi ! i'm Buth Mathearo. you can call me cap ..ha ha i also get the same problem "Certificate not on phone or sim" when i try to download signed and unsigned app.. but now it's not difficult for you to solve it becuz i've experience in this problem. [ The first you have to downlad and install Oxycube, you can find it from internet. Then connect your phone to pc and open Oxycube ( remember before you open Oxycube, you have to Exit Nokia pc suite) Oxycube will reconigze your phone. Use Oxycube navegates to C:\hiddenfolder>certificate and you will see 2 folders (auth and user). Now use the file that i upload to you (Attachments)..it's archieved file(certificates.zip). After you extract it, you'll see certificate folder , open it and open "Please_read_me.txt". try to follow read_me_file...

Hi All,
The below information was found in the Pool of Knowledge board by ng85, if you could try the following first and report back if it has helped.
So here is a guide (Reasons & Solutions) to help you solve this problem.
Reasons:
1. Deleting the certificate manually from security settings.
2. Getting your phone flashed at an unauthorised repair shop. It is not recommended to do so for it voids the warranty, it deletes all the certificates from the phone and you may end up with a dead device.
SOLUTIONS:
1. Update your software using Firmware Over The Air (FOTA). If there is any update available, certificates will be sent on your phone - download & then install them.
2. Try reinstalling the firmware using Nokia Suite/Nokia PC Suite. It will install the genuine software for the phone and along with it the certificates will get installed.
3. If nothing works please contact an authorised Nokia Care Centre that is near you.
Please note that the above solutions work for S40 phones. I am not sure about other platforms such as S60 etc.
Additionally, you could try goto the tools>application manager>settings and change the software installation from signed only to all.
You might want to change the online certificate check also.
Regards,
haZey
