Good afternoon, i have a nokia 5800 xpressmusic, which asked for an update of software, has asked to restart the machine and now it only vibrates during some time and nothing else. what i can do for the return to connect.

Seems to be a failed Firmware update.. Have a look at this resource and try if something works.. If not, visit to Nokia Care is a must...

Hi pauloleon,

Have you tried plugging the phone back? Try to check if the update would restart in. There is a guide here posted on this forum but unfortunately which I cannot remember the title.

Otherwise, for information about sending your phone to the nearest Nokia Care Center near you, please select a regional Nokia site from the link below.
