have recently bought the 6500 classic for chrimbo but have been receiving unwanted 'cold calling' from the same company for about 3 months, apart from screaming obscenities down the phone at them is there any way i can block thier number from ringing

dont know if there is such a application for your phone but i can give you few suggestions.first of all there is a "do not call list" that your phone operator usually has.if you keep your name in that then you wont get any unwanted calls from salesmen.ask your operator that way in future no other sales people will spoil your day
if your operator does not have such thing (which is very rare) then next time they ring you up,just tell them you are recording this converstation and this recording will be presented against them in the court of law by your lawyers.this usually works and they get really scared(and saves you from abusing them also)

thanx obaid786 will def try both those suggestions, had three more calls today & all of them were whilst i was driving so i had to pull over every time. I have both landline & mobile registered with TPS so don't understand why i'm getting them, maybe i'll give them a call aswell.
