hi

i am using nokia 6303i for 15months. and i am facing memory problem.

first of all the collection folder from extras in the phone memory says 13.7 mb

which contains

converter 120kb

facebook 788kb

my nokia 200kb

opera mini 476kb

share on ovi 282kb

size converter 168kb

store 1.3mb

web search 140kb

world clock 132kb

how do they add up to 13.7 mb ??

then my images folder is empty but day by day its size is getting bigger.

now its showing 184kb while its empty. how to empty it ?

one more thing . there is a file created in the root memory of phone named endurance.bin taking 84kb.

tell me how to free up the memory which is not being shown by the phone like i mentioned my collection folder from phone.

Also count games memory into application memory, i too use 6303i, but in my case app & games memory add up to shown memory,
in case of photos folder, system makes 2 cache folders in photos, it's hidden so you see empty photos folder but memory shows some data,
download a file explorer from getjar then you will be able to see the 2 folders that system creates and you will also be able to delete them, thus bringing down photos folder to 0kb,
i will check about endurance.bin and get back if possible

things u r telling now i have already tried each n everything. file exlorer thing i had used n had removed the cache files but the remaining memory remains the same. well i think i'll change my set soon so dun need any help now. thanks for ur reply
