My phone model is 6233 (RM-145) with firmware version 5.60 - and the reformat code doesn't working.
Any idea?

Re: nokia 6233

bhumbro was talking nonsense as usual.

*#7370# only works on Series 60 Symbian smartphones and the 6233 is an older technology Series 40 java-based phone.

Only a Nokia Care Point can reset/reformat a S40 phone.

Re: nokia 6233

As per usual bhumbro is giving out bad information as that code doesn't work on series 40 nokia's like the 6233. It only works on nokia S60 smartphones (like the N95).

There is no way for the user to reformat a series 40 phone.

If your phone is still in a usable state you could try updating or reinstalling it's firmware at www.nokia.com/softwareupdate

If you are having a series problem that isn't fixed by a reset or update then your only option is to visit a nokia care point.
