nokia 6085 speakerphone problem

nokia 6085 speakerphone problem

ok recently whenever i place or receive a call my phone automatically switches to speakerphone and wont change to normal. as well as this problem, turning down the volume doesnt work, and will not actually decrease the volume.

please help!
