I am using a nokia 6020 and everytime i try to make a call it says check network service..the phone is loaded so there is no problem abt that..i CAN make text messages too..

Another weird thing is that..on the top left part of the screen there is a number 2 ..what does that mean?

the number 2 on the screen indicates that you have activated the 2nd line on your phone. this is a network service.

to get rid of it, simply press and hold the # key and when it prompts to change the line in use, say yes/ok
