I have a 1100, and last couple of days the ringer has stopped sounding, I have checked all the settings, and all seem to be set correctly, it has not been dropped, when anybody is calling the phone will vibrate, and will receive calls, a coleague said that there is a virus about that may have interfered with trhe phones memory, can anybody help

Go to your profile and select personalise on your general profile (if thats your main profile). Scroll down and make sure the volume is set to max and the incoming call alert is on and set to ringing! If this does not work take it back to the shop you brought it from and they should be able to help you!
