im having problem with my e63 phone.why is it that when i received incoming calls, the one who calls me cannot hear me anything while i can hear them?..whats the problems with my phone?..can anybody help me please...thanks

Does the person calling you hear any noise at all?  Or just silence at their end? Can you converse normally if you use speakerphone mode?

It could also be that your handset's mic is not working anymore, or it's porthole is blocked.  Best to go to your nearest service center for fixing that.

It does indeed sound like you have a faulty mic in the phone. The way to confirm it is to use the built-in voice recorder to try and record yourself talking. Also, call someone else. If the person you're talking to (or trying to anyway) can't hear you regardless of whether you called them or they called you, then that tends to confirm that the mic is the problem.

I suggest that you do a software update but first do a backup of your data.

If this doesnt work,this is a hardware malfunction on your phone.

You need to contact tha careline by using tha contact us tab so it can be send to repair.

Have them check their phone settings, they may have it on 'headset.' They should change this and it will be okay.
