I bought NOKIA 6131 in Italy and has no arabic language. How and where I can download / Update the arabic language support to my mobile.

Only a Nokia Service Centre can add languages.

As stated in the post directly above yours, only a Nokia Care Point can install languages on your phone.

As an end user, you cannot. There is nothing for you to download.

Take your phone to your nearest Nokia Care Point.

I contacted my local NOKIA 6131 distributor and he instructed me that in the menues I can get down to the Language settings and change to any language that I want including Arabic (at the moment I'm using English) so I did that in order to change into Arabic, and indeed I see that I can change the Language to Arabic - when I did that, nothing happend...so any idea how to continue from here?

Did you reboot the phone to confirm that..?

These are 2 separate issues..

1. The language pack is not installed or provided within the firmware.. In this case it can be added only at Nokia care.

2. If the language can be selected as in your case.. its available on your phone..
