my problem is that i have a 6230i and some how the handsfree has been acivated on the phone without the head phones been in.... so when i recieve a call or try make 1 no1 can hear me nor can i hear them... how do i get the handsfree off of the phone i have tried everything... can sum1 please advise

you can try cleaning the contacts on the base of the phone with a clean dry cloth, this might fix it.

if it doesnt, maybe an engineer needs to look at it?

I think it is a bug! I have had the same thing when using a Bluetooth headset, I had to reconnect the headset then select 'Disconnect' from the 'Active' menu and then turn Bluetooth off rather than just switching Bluetooth off.

i have exactly the same problem only my phone is a 6101 i have the headphone symbol(for the Radio) on the screen and can't get it off. i have been through every menu and it's still there.
so any help would be extremley helpful to us both.
i wouldn't mind but i dont even use the headset
