Hey I just bought a brand new Nokia6500classic off ebay, after 3 days of using it I found it has a very short battery life and it doesnt even charge properly, it shows that its charging when I plug it in but then when I unplugged it it'll show it has a quater of the battery charged or something..
Also I had a look in this forum and found very bad reviews about it, so Im thinking of getting rid of it before it breaks, I want to sell while its still in almost new condition.
And I find it quite annoying to text on it.
Now what should I do with it? would Nokia be interested in buying it back? or can I trade it in for a new older-model-Nokia6300?? Im not expecting to get my full amount of money back of course...
Or do you guys know any shops that will buy phones?
The handset is unlocked.
Or just try sell it on ebay?

Tried replacing the battery on it first? It may have been worn out previously, so naturally it doesn't hold a charge as long when compared to a fresh battery. A dying battery can also give charging "problems" like you mentioned.

Unfortunately, you got the phone through a third party such as e-bay ,it wont have any support from nokia.
what i cant suggest is to try a software update or purchase a new battery.
You can go to this link if you want to do a software upadate.

If you really like tha phone, you cant just post it again back on ebay or ask the
person where you got the phone if it has a personal warranty on it.

I think it'd be kinda fraudulent to sell the phone on ebay again knowing it is faulty, unless you clearly state that it's faulty in the listing.
Have you contacted who you bought it off? Nokia will definitely not give you a refund nor exchange, they didn't sell you the handset mate, I'm sorry to say.
