Warranty Repearing Problem

Hello,
I would like to ask you to what should I write email when in my country main company dealing with repair services of nokia mobile phones does not want to do the service in warranty period or prolong repairing process more than two months?

I know this page.
This page redirect me to the local repair service of Nokia.
Thus service do not do repair service in warranty period and prolong them more than 2 months. After these months is not sure that the phone has been repaired and is working.

This is the reason to search for email of support for Nokia phones in Europe.

You've not said where you're from - that will make it easier for people to advise.

As for what to include in the email - anything and everything of relevance:-

  • Date & Location of Purchase

  • Details of faults & Date fault started

  • Details of person/service centre's that have told you it will take 2 months and may not be repaired

  • Anything else you think they need to know


The service will be different in Europe than in other Continents, and it's not very likely that your handset will be covered by its warranty in any country than your own, so you should only look at contact there... I would think...

I only ask for support email of Nokia in Europe in order to explain in details what is the problem with repearing of phone in a guaranty period from official local representative company for Nokia in my country.
AND do not want to made this openly.

When I told to local company that I will write email to Nokia support in order to explain the problem. They change me the phone in 12h. Now I am with my new phone and I have no problem yet.
