You've not said where you're from - that will make it easier for people to advise.
As for what to include in the email - anything and everything of relevance:-
- Date & Location of Purchase
- Details of faults & Date fault started
- Details of person/service centre's that have told you it will take 2 months and may not be repaired
- Anything else you think they need to know
The service will be different in Europe than in other Continents, and it's not very likely that your handset will be covered by its warranty in any country than your own, so you should only look at contact there... I would think...
