Speaker problem on Nokia 6151

Hi all I have a nokia 6151 and have a spaker problem. I can hear people and talk to them fine when i ring out from my phonebut when i receive an incoming call i can hear the person speaking but they cannot har me?

Any ideas

A firmware problem, maybe... See if that phone have NSU support and check the firmware or go to a Nokia Service!
