Screen does not respond on Nokia 5230?

hi,all.

The buttons work its just when I try to use the screen, it doesn't respond. how do i fix it?

Hi Hotlife,

First, try turning off the phone, remove the battery, leave it for 3-5 minutes then reinsert the battery and put it back on.

Otherwise, for information about sending your phone to the nearest Nokia Care Center near you, please select a regional Nokia site from the link below.
