Nokia n7373 mobile

I bought a n7373 on 5th September, 2007. Unfortunately, I did not ask the person to test it as trusted nokia. when I tried to switch on, it did not work. I took it to i2 service center on 8th September, 2007 but I am not getting professional reply from them. I reported the matter to nthe okia through service facility on their web, but getting only automated messages which is of no help. Now it is about a month but no progress.
Does any know what to do in this case? Please help.

Re: Nokia n7373 mobile

The only thing you can do is to keep trying to contact the service centre or pay them a visit.

If you cannot contact them or they deny all knowledge of your phone then report it as stolen and get the police involved.

Hopefully you will have paperwork to show that i2 have your phone. Without this it will be very difficult to trace.
