Nokia N95 - copy phone contacts with a broken screen!

Could anybody give me a step by step guide of how to copy contacts saved on my phone memory to the sim card - my screen is broken and ive got a new phone, but not all my contacts.... So, i literally mean step by step, - as in "press options, scroll down 3, press okay, scroll down 1" etc. -

any help would be appreciated tehe.
