Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte Advice PLZ

hi,

i've been fooled by selling a fake nokia 8800 carbon arte i had seen one (genuine) few days ago in my friends hand and a lady came to me and just sold me one for £200 it is so much copied that i could'nt find any difference in their appearence overall..now i just want to get an advice from you people..i have already got my mobile insurance on n96 so if i just register this one will it be alright ? coz i cant c my £200 quid just drowning................THNKS IN ADVANCE

Exactly. I'm having a hard time figuring out how users of phones manufactured by an organization that DIDN'T manufacture your phone can help.

Contact your insurance company.

That would technically be termed Insurance Fraud. It may be more appropriate to direct this question to a lawyer.

Registering your phone for insurance cover is one thing.

Registering it for cover and then claiming that it was lost when you still have it is another. Also note that the insurance company is going to want to see an invoice for the Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte for which you're claiming before paying for another one.
