PLEASE HELP! My Nokia 6700 Classic Screen is broken and I need to copy the contacts from phone to sim. The phone still works.. I just cant see what I am doing. Tried the Nokia computer program but I had issues with the USB cable.

Can somebody PLEASE tell me what keys to press to copy contacts from phone to sim. THANKS!

did you have your main menu configured as grid or list ? and have you altered the order of the main menu icons ?

If you remember the layout of your menu, you can do it without looking at the screen. Alternatively, find help from someone with a similar device. See how he goes to the backup feature on the phone. You could do the same steps on your phone. Back up to memory card. Once it is, you can restore it on any s40 phone and your contacts will come back/

Hi if you have your phone menu in a list like mine then try this. Unlock the key pad / press the menu key / scroll down one and press menu / then scroll up one and press select / press select again and that should copy all you contacts from your phone to the sim.

It is in a grid. I dont know anyone else with my phonne.

In grid its like this (99% sure I havent changed my icon order in the grid).

Unlock the key pad / press the menu key / scroll up one and press menu / then scroll up one and press select / press select again and that should copy all you contacts from your phone to the sim
