Hello to everyone, sorry for my bad english (I am from Uruguay)
I have a problem with this phone, i can't upgrade the firmware. I have v6.60, and nokia software updater tells me i have the last one, but it isn't true, i have seen some of you with v8.30 :smileysad: When i type the code in the nokia support page, it tells me that the last software is v6.60... Any clues? Thanks...

first of all, you might have your phone through a provider, in order to do a firmware update it most of the time has to be approved by the network. if you don't and your phone is unbranded/unlocked then get on nokia website and download Nokia PC suite if you don't have it already and NSU - Nokia Software Updater, once you have downloaded NSU, connect your phone via usb cable to your computer and launch the NSU program. See if your phone is found and if it has any avaliable updates. hope this helps
