Can someone please help me,I bougnt a Nokia 6500 classic and everytime I make a call, receive a call or get / send a message my my phone shows me an unlocked lock sign when the call is in progress or message is being send?

What is this for? Is it normal or how do I get it to go away, none of my previous nokia's did the same!

Please help me urgently.

I have noticed that this sometimes happens with these series 40 phones. It used to happen occasionally with my 6233 and has also happened with the 6500 Slide. It could be a network related issue, but unless it actually affects the calls or text messages, I would ignore it if I were you. Just worry about whether the phone is working fine otherwise.
