Dear all,

Just received my Nokia 6300 and very much enjoying its work!!

Had a couple of questions, which I hope you may be able to help with.  First of all, how do I get rid of the blue flash which appears when I receive a message, as its very annoying to get that during the night! 

In addition, how can I also remove the names in the Recently Used  list that appears when you want to send a text message.

go to log to remove contacts ,recipients and reports etc

to disable blue flash turn off sleep mode

Could you just confirm with regards to the flasing blue light as i've turned sleep mode to No and still it flashes like a Christmas tree, when a message is received!

it will still flash after text and missed call as a reminder to check phone when you have read text and missed call it should stop.

So you can't disable the blue flash then?  I only ask as it is quite distracting when I'm asleep to be woken up by the blue police light!

Setting. Profiles. ( select profile in use ) . personalise. Light effect off
