Like most S40 phones, there is no reformat option in the 6280.

The simple answer is you can't.

The complex answer is that you need to bring the phone to a nokia care point with your proof of purchase which has the phones imei number on it and your name, you also need one form of photographic id. Only they can reset it if you don't have the code. They will only reset it if they know it's not stolen otherwise it's them that faces reprocussions.
