Re: Nokia 6133

first check the specifications of your phone and see if they work on the same GSM band as the destination where you go to, if this is OK and they match then ask your operator if they provide roaming services to the countries you wish to travel to. if they provide roaming, then you will be able to use your phone when you travel to Ghana and other desired locations.

Re: Nokia 6133

also if your phone has compatible gsm bands and is unlocked, then you might be able to buy a prepaid card that will certainly be cheaper than roaming. this will only work if Ghana and the phone you have use the GSM. the phone that you list is a quad band phone released for Tmobile USA which has been since discontinued. If your phone is unlocked you will have no problems. roaming might cost you a small fortune tho. Tmobile USA dose unlock their phones upon customer request if you have been with them for three months or longer. the unlock process can take anywhere from a moment to weeks until they send you an unlock code via email. even then it is no guarantee that it will work, tho phones I had requested to be unlocked via Tmobile has always worked. good luck with that.
