Whenever I go to put a phone number in the "To" column I get a semicolon after the first number I put in and I cannot send the message and no matter what I do I cannot remove the semicolon.Even when I use an existing recipiant the semicolon is there right after the phone number. There must be a simple answer to this as it was not always there.Thanks for any help.

I had the same problem with a different model handset.

Eventually had to restore factory settings. The semi colon then moved to the end of the mobile number in stead of the name but it became possible to send SMS messages. Then, of course, had to "re-personalise" the phone but it solved the problem Good luck.

go to message settings and check that there is nothing in the default recipient box, if this fails do a factory reset dont forget to back up any data.
