Hi everyone, after downloading a new software ver 9.42 for my phone, i dont have russian luanguage in settings. Please help me )))

language packs are for specific regions and cant be downloaded where did you purchase phone from

I used eng version nokia software updater, may be it cause? in place i purchase my phone , they can add russian luanguage to my phone ? cain i make it myself using usb cable, if i can, how ? thanks

It's not possible to add the language pack yourself.

What you need to do is take your phone to a nokia care point and they will be able to add the pack for you. They will also be able to explain to you why the language was lost.

Elsewhere: Click here, select your country, go to the support section, then select repair.
