Nokia 5300 loudspeaker on call

Hi,
I need to know how activate loudspeaker BEFORE start new call.
I.e. my old phone lg 8180 had a button (the button on the right of "0"), when hold for 2 second, before start call, lowdspeaker power on.

On nokia's you can only activate the loudspeaker during calls.

You cannot change this.
