Nokia 3200 "No Gateway Reply" GPRS Error

I have a Nokia 3200 and I'm on Orange, the browser has been working perfectly well since I got it but now whenever I try to connect to facebook via GPRS it comes up with "No gateway reply'

Is this a problem with my phone or the web service itself? And how can I fix it?
