Hi amiyadalui,

Thank your for your post and as this is your second post may I welcome you to the Nokia Discussion forums.

First may I ask what particular application are you trying to install which is causing this issue? The more information you can provide the better.

Try checking in your Menu > Settings > Security having a look at Authority certificates or User certificates - to view the list of the authority or user certificates downloaded into your phone.

Also trying updating your phone's firmware to the latest version using Nokia Suite. I have attached a link below with a guide on how to update your software.

http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/nokia-ovi-suite/howto?ccf_name=nokia-suite-3-2/guide...

If there is no update then please install your current firmware again and hopefully this should reinstall the certificates.

If it still doesn't work you can do a hard reset (factory reset) by Selecting  Menu > Settings > Rest. factory sett. (or Reset device or Restore factory sett. or Rest. fact. sett.).

  1. To reset only preference settings, but keep all personal data, such as contacts, messages and media file, select Restore settings only (or Restore sett. only or Settings only).
  2. To reset all preference settings and delete all personal data, select Restore all (or All).
  3. Enter the security code before the restore. If you have never changed your security code, then enter the default code 12345.

Please remember to back up your phone first before doing this.

Give this a go and let me know if any of it helps.

Regards
