I am having Nokia2865 Handst i have taken 3 months before.I am not getting incomming calls actually when someboby call me it rings once but suddenly the call gets discoonected after one ring please sugest me the fault and solution urs discussion is waited

Is the microphone working correctly ? Can you make voice recording and then play them back ? Do other people hear you when you call then ?

Not sure he is referring to the caller being unable to hear him. Sounds like a hardware issue. Is the phone set to vibrate? Could be vibrating the antenae loose so it loses signal ergo dropped call
