New Nokia 1208 - All incoming calls 'private number'

Hello all,

 

Pretty much as stated in the title. I have bought a new Nokia 1208 and it describes any incoming call as a 'private number'. It doesn't have a 'received call' lilst either, though i assume thats related to the above. Have tried calling it from a number of phones, all end up the same. Also, it won't divert to message bank either; do I need to set this up or is it my provider (Orange) that need to solve this?
