My Phone is brick

Hi!!
I was updating my nokia 5300 software with nokia software updater. But during the process my phone turned off, it was recharged but it turned off.
Now I can't start it. The phone doesn't work.
Can you tell me what is wrong with it?
Is there anything I can do to make it work again??
If i can't do nothing can i send it to warranty?
Please help :s :smileysad:

Contact the nearest nokia care point in your country. They will fix it and if you explain how it happened they may cover it under warranty.

If you need help finding a care point let us know what country you are in.

it happened to me that the electricity in my building cut out during a software update on my 5300. So it wasn't the phone that turned off, but the pc.

Anyway, when power came back, I was able to repeat the software update process. Maybe you can just try your software update again? Of course, if it doesn't even wanna turn on, that probably won't work... but just try to connect it to PC & to electrical outlet.
