Local Mode

I have a nokia 1255, and it display "local mode" or "Test mode" how can I remove that? Its not showing any signal, thus I can't make any call. This phone is a CDMA phone, Anybody to assist me?

what provider are you with? I think you should call your provider to see what the issue might be. CDMA or GSM, if you are trying to use a GSM phone on a CDMA network it will not work because the two are not compatible...it's a whole different infrastructure

I have got the same problem with a 1209 phone. Can't use it, and just have local mode or test mode writed on it...
what does it mean ? what can I do ?????
