Issues with the 5310

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am using the nokia 5310 and even though I am using a sim card with all my names stored in it, when I get a call or a text from someone who is in my phonebook it still just shows up as a number.

Also the names are not in order in my phone book.

I am using this phone in Canada, and I got it from Ireland so the time on my incoming messages is 5 hours behind.

So many issues!!

Any help from anyone would be much appreciated!!

Re: Issues with the 5310

I have the time on GMT-5 but I think the phone is still set to be on GMT because the phone is Irish.

I only have the SIM memory in use so I don't know why that is happening
