How to move messages to sim memory?

In my Nokia 1202, I can't figure out how to find out whether a particular SMS is in the phone memory or the SIM memory? Also I don't know how to move the SMS from phone memory to SIM memory and also how to check the available free memory for SMS?

What is the total SMS capacity of the Nokia 1202?
