How to copy VMG files to inbox?

I am using a nokia 3110c. Any help would be highly appreciated as I am getting quite frustrated by the lack of succes on all my attempts. Phone Browser won`t allow me to copy the sms files in any folder.

I read a post, where it was said that during a session, Nokia Phone Browser is seen as a folder, and the files an be pasted there. Is this true?
