How to clean keypad on 3109

Due to heavy use the keys on my 3109 have got quite sticky and stiff.

Please can you tell me now to take the keypad off so that I can clean it? Is it fairly straightforward?

Disassembling your phone will technically invalidate your warranty. You may want to consider getting it cleaned at your local Nokia Care Point.
