Crazy capers on my 6220

I have a 18 month old 6220 which is driving me crazy.  Firstly when logged onto Ovi Suite it will not install software support even after reinstalling. 

 

But the most annoying is this.  Many of my friends on Vodafone network cannot ring me on O2.  When they try my number, it shows "number not in use" yet I can contact them without any problems.  I've replaced the sim card and checked with O2 and they can't find any problems.  Other friends on O2 have no problems with the Vodafone users.  I'm wondering if the phone is the issue?

 

Some Vodafone users can text me but can't ring me.

 

Can anybody help please?

By any chance do you have a Call Blocking application installed ??
