Hi, recently bought a 2680 slide for my daughter (her first phone).

When she receives a call, the callers name is not displayed, just the word "call".

All contacts have been keyed into the phone memory, nothing on the sim and no duplicates.

It's on the Orange network.

Any help would be much appreciated.
