Bluetooth issues nokia 6085h

I just bought a acer 7736z laptop using windows 7 home premium both the laptop and the phone are Bluetooth enable but my nokia 6085h phone is not seen by windows 7 at all.

 on my other three PC's I use a beldon USB Bluetooth adaptor if I connect the adaptor to the laptop (with all the drivers installed for the device) I can see the phone but when I try to connect to it I am asked for an access number I have searched the phone and the phoons user guide and can not see any reference to an access number the phone has Bluetooth turned on and is set to be detected.

 Note I downloaded the PC suite from nokia to the acer laptop it does not show the phone at all either in fact a dialog box pops up saying can not use Bluetooth option and to check for software drivers and equipment.
