8800 Arte video ringtones

Just bought this even though not available yet in USA. Works great but can't get the video ringtones (built in feature) to start. When i select one for my ringtone etc. get error message Unable to select. File type unusable. Anyone know what that means or how to fix it. Unfortunately Nokia USA do not have any details on this model

is it possible for you and check this way.open gallery and go to videos_____>options_____>use video_____>set as ringing tone.now check wether incoming calls are video ringtones or not.:smileyindifferent:
