6700 classic strange problem

Hello everyone, I own a 6700 classic and I have a strange problem. When I lock my keypad my screen doesn't turn off, it just stays on blank, when i press a button it normally gets me to unlocking like the screen was off. Sometimes it turns off after 5 minutes, sometimes it stays on all the time. I updated software to newest version, restored factory settings, restarted mobile, took the battery off  for some time, tried everything in screen options but nothing works. Do you know where is the problem? Thank you in advance.

I just noticed same thing happens when i talk to someone, the screen is lit but blank.
