6600 again again restarting & shutdown

hi this is shilpa. I hv nokia 6600 handset. now a days my handset giving a some problem. Suddenly it is restarting & shuting down automaticaly. I removed my memory card & again i checked. but still giving the same problem. plz anyone tell what is the problem. bye!!!!
