How would I be able to save text messages form my 6230i tomy PC? Is it also possible to save a recorded conversation to another phone or PC?

you can use Nokia PcSuite. it's free on web.

You can use Nokia PCSuite to do all that and it happens to be available for free download from the nokia support site. You can doenload from this site if you are in europe.

If you click on the link in my last post then download and install PCSuite software on your PC.

Once you have done that, you should be able to connect your phone to your computer using either IR, Bluetooth or Cable. Once connected you can transfer files, change settings, backup etc etc on your phone through your computer.

Download and install PCsuite first then give us a shout again if you have any questions.

Me again. I have now dowloaded PCsuite software, but I am not able to connect with IR... it, the PC, doesn't seem to pic it up. Any suggestions?

Have you either IR or Bluetooth on your pc? Otherwise you will need the DKU-2 USB cable.
