6230i Main Menu Settings

When a call comes in it only rings a few times before diverting to mail box.  I have tried to change this on my phone but at the end of the process it comes up with "REQUEST NOT COMPLETE".  Can someone please help.  Thanks

That's actually a network feature. When you change that setting it sends a code to the network telling them when to divert that call to the voice mailbox. So you should be able to call them and have them change it for you manually
