Hi, I have the opportunity to change from a 6120 to a 2730.

Is this a wise move ?

I don't understand all of the technical specifications pertaining to phones - does a 2730 have more or fewer features than a 6120 ?

I am needing 3g coverage, music player (with adequate memory) software that interfaces with Lotus Notes, and maps/navigation.

Any assistance would be much appreciated - thanks in advance.

I would say what you are doing is a downgrade. In reality, the 6120 has the capability to take on literally a hundred features by installing various apps which are compatible to s60v3. The 2730 in the other hand is limited to only what it already does have at preinstallation, and some java apps which are also useable on the 6120 already.
