Have Nokia released a newer version for this phone in the last week? As im getting my replacement in the next few days and if it crashes im getting a refund and getting a totally different phone.

Firstly, This is in the wrong section/.

Secondly, all i have heard about the versiions that are available are:

V 03.70 - Very Stable
V 03.83 - Some problems but sometimes hangs.

Future updates may be available.

sorry Im new to this forum.

Thats why my old phone went back as it had the buggy version on. If its on the new phone, then its going back. I need the phone for work and if i cant receive phone calls then whats the point in having a phone.

Ok it's alright, it will be moved to the right section by a moderator anyway.

Mostly, if Nokia can't repair it they can give you a totally new 6120 with an old version of firmware on (usually).

Fingers crossed that will happen.
