6103 - Can't hear the caller

Hello,

I've been using my 6103 for over a year, and have been quite happy. Today, (I haven't changed any settings) I suddenly cannot hear the person I'm calling, or that same person, when they call me.

All other functions appear to be normal. Phone rings and shows caller id on incoming calls. Phone displays all settings normally and dials normally. But with either incoming or outgoing, I cannot hear the other person.

Any clues would be hugely appreciated.
