Hello,
I have the 5310 XpressMusic phone and have a problem with audio distortion during phone calls. The distortion only comes out from the receiver (at ear-level); there is no distortion when using the loudspeaker or headset. The distortion occurs even for relatively low volumes. I can also hear some distortion coming from the receiver when I talk into the microphone (so distortion seems to be in side-tone path as well). Has anyone else experienced this problem? I am in Canada and the phone was purchased as a gift for me in Europe, so I am not sure what to do about sending for repair...

I have exactly the same problem. I did try to upgrade the software from 3.63 -> 5.81, but it didn't make any difference.

im having the same problem with my 5310 but my phone is distorting and you can bearly here the other person who you are talking to
