5310 Music XPress

When I turn this phone off, it loses ALL of my settings, including wallpapers, ringtones, etc. I have to go back in and redo every setting. Contacts and songs and text stay on memory, but the display options and ringtones disappear. Any idea why or how I can change this?

Have you tried updating your phone?

Try updating your phone's firmware by clicking to this link below:

Make sure you meet the system requirements before proceeding and backup some of your important contents.

Good luck :smileyhappy:

Re: 5310 Music XPress

Thanks...I will try that when I get home...but that was going to be my next question - I cannot access the web on my phone even though T-mobile says I should be able to. In fact, I CAN use the phone as a modem for tethered access, but when I hit links on my phone it won't let me. Also, it won't let me receive picture messages. I have clicked on Allow MMS Messages, but to no avail. This phone is screwed up right now

Have you tried downloading internet settings for your phone?
